Conversion of historic landmark of Johannesburg into 500 affordable units and retail at street level. 

Built in 1935 and now listed as a heritage building, the redevelopment involved careful restoration and detailing to keep kept the spirt of the original building.

The project continues our work with the Affordable Housing Company (AFCHO) and brining life back to the CBD of Johannesburg. The conversion has created a new vibrant street frontage while the 500 units are designed to modern standards, with clean sophisticated interiors.
