Sprunt completely redeveloped this system-built estate while continually reassessing the Masterplan phase by phase as issues such as mix, services, adoption and enabling works were updated as the works progressed.

The scheme developed a total of 595 units.

Residents were closely involved in the design and all existing residents were re-housed. Sprunt housed an on site local office for the duration of the project and worked with tenants in a series of one-to-one consultations on the design of individual homes to ensure the new accommodation fitted the particular needs of each household.
