A new 150 keys hotel in the heart of London. The project maximises the potential for the site rising to 21 storeys, creating four floors of commercial space at the base, 17 floors of hotel and two separate restaurants and bar on the top levels. 

 The mass is broken up to work with the surrounding context and to provide an iconic feature. Two proposals were submitted, one which retains the existing facard currently on the site and one which proposes a new glass frontage to the street.
