Prospect Place Primary Care Centre was Sprunt’s third Primary Care facility in Islington in partnership with Bluestone Plc under LIFT (“Local Improvement Finance Trust” - a government initiative designed to bring significant improvements to the delivery of Primary Care in the most deprived areas of the country). The building houses an integrated development for a 5 GP Practice.  In addition it includes 10 transitional flats for the return of previously homeless people back into main stream housing and a community hall for neighbouring residents.
