Located on the former Putney Hospital site on the edge of Putney Common, the school was financed with cross subsidy proceeds from the sale of 24 new apartments at the northern end. 

The new primary school for 150 pupils is organised over two levels. An undersized site is addressed by the use of a rooftop playground that has expansive views of the common whilst appearing nestled in the trees. The school achieved BREAM excellent.
