Stonebridge Estate

Sprunt worked closely with the tenants of this estate in the design of their new homes following a programme of phased demolition.

The first phase of the development involved the design of 256 new houses and flats on three sites. The layout of the schemes and the design of the individual homes were developed through a series of design sessions and individual consultation with the future residents to ensure the final scheme reflected the particular needs of each household.

Recognised as best built project more than 5 years on a the 2013 London planning awards.
